Site Survey and Layout Design
Site Survey and layout design is an important phase of any project activity from beginning to end. The impact of

out the location of equipment and other features on the site, check the dimensions of the placement as they are being installed,

Once Novius has surveyed the site and gathered information on the physical space, the general operation, product flow, operational design goals
and budget, we will work together to achieve an optimal layout. We consider different types of systems based on your need and budget. We draw the
design utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD). CAD enables us to easily develop alternative layouts for your premises and manufacturing operations
in the course of the planning and design. CAD has several advantages that make it more accurate and convenient than drawing by hand and relying on
standard mathematical calculations. Additionally, CAD is accurate enough to produce drawings that can be used for the installation of equipment. Once
you approve a design, we will specify specifications and equipment and provide either a budget or hard quote on the materials, installation, engineering
and permitting labour.

Annual maintenance contracts outlining regular check-ups and routine work to regulate
the performance and quality output will be the core area of our field services division.
We realize that it is not easy and affordable for all business's / society to staff
a reliable and effective information technology / maintenance department. Maintenance
Contracts is most suitable to any business / society that do not require a full
time technical support staff. With a Maintenance Agreement, you can afford the same
support and technology expertise as a large corporation. Our technical support department
provides prompt support by telephone, remote and onsite support from a single source,
where and when you need it.
To that end, our Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) ensures that your system
is always up to date. The contract also includes regular site visits to carry out
preventive maintenance procedures, to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum. You

from your current infrastructure both present and in the future. Our Maintenance

Benefits of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC/CMC)
In today’s competitive era, quality is a prime factor. Quality output from any machine
depends on systems repeat performance. To get repeat performance; system maintenance
is a key factor. Maintenance of systems with Computerized Controls requires special
skills. Every organisation may not have specialized maintenance team to take care
of all variety of systems. In order to help our customers in getting the best throughput
from the system, we have introduced the concept of Annual Maintenance Contracts
for the customers.
Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance of AMC depends on condition of the System; Duration of this agreement
will be ONE YEAR w.e.f. date of receiving full earnest.
- The system components are expected in good working condition while accepting the
contract.
- All recommended tools, instruments, tooling accessories etc., is in the scope of
the customer. In addition, we request the customer to provide basic help to our
technician like the material handling equipment, semiskilled labor, etc.
- The customer is expected to keep available the said system / s or other facilities.
In case of any difficulty the date should be changed in advance by mutual consent.
Alternatively the visit will be treated as completed.
- It is possible that system covered under the plan can breakdown. Our services will
in any case be available in such event with / without an extra cost.
- We can also undertake overhaul/repairs of subassemblies / assemblies of other systems
also at an extra cost.
- In order to ensure minimum downtime the customer is advised to order and stock all
the required spares for Preventive Maintenance in advance. The list of spares is
available or can be requested. In any case our representative will hand over such
list while finalizing the contract.
- In order to get the best results, it is obvious that the customer should carry out
the routine maintenance as per the guidelines given in manual. Preventive maintenance
shall be carried out as per the laid down procedure. However, we will be open to
carry out any job over and above the scope of preventive maintenance at an extra
cost. We shall be entitled to terminate the agreement in the event of change of
ownership or location of the said system.
- Either party shall entitled to terminate the agreement at any time giving one month’s
advance notice, and the customer shall be entitled to refund of the advance on pro-rata
basis for the unexpired period of the agreement.
- If prior to offering the system for AMC the machine is offered for overhauling,
a lump sum quotation towards service charges will be offered with concessional service
charges as above.
- If there is any breakdown visit in between 2 AMC visits, the same can be adjusted
in the total number of AMC visits or, if desired, can be charged extra.
